Exclamation Not enough Ideal food till Mon.??

Last weigh in I miss counted how many packets I needed to buy and not I am short a snack on Sunday and the whole day monday (breakfast and lunch)
What can I do to replace them so I dont have to skip them?
Egg whites? 4 servings is about 100 cal, 0 fat, 0 carbs, and 20g of protein
Any other ideas to replace my meal?

If you check the Alternatives thread, there are LOTS of IP friendly products you can get at Wal Mart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. You just have to make sure the nutritional info lines up.

Are you close to a Walmart? They sell Pure Protein bars and protein shakes that are good alternative products. EAS CarbAdvantEDGE RTD protein shakes are also generally available at Walmart, and are good alternatives.

You can get those EAS CarbAdvantEDGE lots of places in addition to Walmart...Walgreens, CVS, Target, many supermarkets. Also GNC and other vitamin stores would be good sources of other items like syntrax nectar protein powder, which is also yummy!

Thx Lisa. I'm Canadian, and wasn't sure about those other locations - didn't want to send the OP on a goose chase. But hopefully she's seen your post too.
