Looking for cheaper shakes then the Ideal Protein. Found the EAS MYOPLEX chocolate fudge at Walmart. Are these comparable enough to replace the IP shakes? Anyone use these? Experience?

I just replied on the other thread. The EAS Advantage are ok, the others are too many carbs and I think the fat% is too high.

I never used the IP drink mixes, I always made the puddings into shakes. The EAS are not as thick as pudding shakes, but I like them.

YAY for good weeks . I'm nervous about my WI tomorrow. I know its not going to be as good as week one but anything over 2lbs and I'm happy.

Had my WI after work today was down another .8 so I now have officially lost over 30#.

Trying to work up the courage to "break up" with my coach. I've been on IP for 8 weeks and all I do is stop in to the office for 15 minutes a week, get weighed, measured in bust, waist and hips and then pay for my products. I have lost 20lbs so far and think I can do it on my own, but I'm scared that if I don't have to pay so much and report in to a coach I won't be a serious with it and backtrack.
