Woohoo! Made it to my first goal at five weeks - 30 pounds. And I feel great. Motivated to stick with it. Put on a pair of jeans that fit comfortably this morning.
No reward planned at this goal, but at the next one I am getting a Wii Fit.
Going to one grandsons preschool open house in a few mintes, and then meeting family for brunch. This last week I made it over a mental hurdle stressing about eating out. Being on travel for six days put me in a position to figure it out. Stay OP and enjoy the social part. I don't feel out of place or deprived...I KNOW what I am getting for my choices. Always carry some "rescue" food in my purse (Mio, a bar and a drink). Club soda and lime has become my drink of choice at evening events.
Yippee!! A lighter me is stepping out this morning.
