I've always been able to lose weight by journaling and reducing caloric intake, but it's always been veeerrrry veerrrry slow. Even though I'm not in a race to lose all my weight, it's encouraging to see results every time I look in the mirror--and to see the results even in my most problematic areas (abdomen and arms)!
