Do-able! Because I'm almost at goal! Yahoo! and despite some frustrations along the way the whole thing was surprisingly *do-able*. However, I must say that I attribute a large chunk of my success to this forum and all the IPeeps here! It (and all of you) have been a hugh help at keeping me on track and moving forward.

Quick.

I've always been able to lose weight by journaling and reducing caloric intake, but it's always been veeerrrry veerrrry slow. Even though I'm not in a race to lose all my weight, it's encouraging to see results every time I look in the mirror--and to see the results even in my most problematic areas (abdomen and arms)!
