I'm new here and today is my first day
I am soooo excited to get started. I actually went and got weighed and everything last week but my coach suggested I start today so I go through the worst days on the weekend.
I am coming off an AdvoCare 24 day challenge so I am hoping that the withdrawl isnt to bad, but I am ready for it.
I feel like I know all you already because I have been stalking the boards for a couple of weeks now. LOL! It really has been a GREAT help though, I really appreciate all your wisdom.
I would love to ask you all a question to get started, what is your favorite IP food?
