I am researching because I am going to try the Alternative program. Can anyone direct me to a link that has information on the exact amount of protein I should take daily (with ingredients so I can match it correctly), as well as what vitamins, dosages, with ingredients I should buy?
oh, also, I can't seem to find the link to the "Alternative" thread I keep reading about...
I have been searching and can't seem to find this basic starting info. I live in Fairbanks Alaska, and the start up here would be almost $500!!
