Alternative questions
 

Hi there!
I am researching because I am going to try the Alternative program. Can anyone direct me to a link that has information on the exact amount of protein I should take daily (with ingredients so I can match it correctly), as well as what vitamins, dosages, with ingredients I should buy?

oh, also, I can't seem to find the link to the "Alternative" thread I keep reading about...

I have been searching and can't seem to find this basic starting info. I live in Fairbanks Alaska, and the start up here would be almost $500!!

Another good thing to do is to check the nutritional info on IP products and match them to alteratives. This info was on the stickies on the first post of the daily thread when I first changed to alternatives. It was under the FAQ section I think.
