Has anyone ever heard of Dream Fields Pasta? It's a brand of pasta that diabetics use.I used to eat it before starting IP, but does anyone know if I could still eat it while on IP?

I just looked it up and I would venture to say no...it's got 41 grams of carbs per serving-even if you subtract the 5 grams of fiber that's still 36...the daily guidelines for IP are 30-40 grams per day...

Definitely not! Remember, if it's not on your P1 sheet (other than a 0/0/0 food) you cannot eat it.

I've been off pasta for many years. Have you thought of trying Miracle Noodle? it's 0/0/0 and if you prepare it properly (as directed with a little boiling and lots of rinsing) they're fantastic. I use them for stir-fry, spaghetti, and Japanese salad.
