Yah don't use the Atkins bars. I tried the Atkins diet last year.. it is very similar to IP, but instead of high protein, they do high fat in order to get into Ketosis (which works). Dr. Atkins himself, did not create any of the shakes and bars. Infact he preached about eating real whole foods. WHich yes included bacon, and higher fat foods.. (If you read his original book it does make sense)
So it wasn't him who made all other products. He would have never liked those.
The atkins bars and shakes can actually hurt your weight loss.
SO DON'T USE THEM!!
