"Cauliflower Popcorn" is amazing!!!
Cut into small pieces, mist with olive oil, dust with spices (I use sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper) and roast at 425* until golden brown, turning every so often.
It's soooo good and I have to force myself to stop at 2 cups!
