Totally normal. The unlimited lettuce did not satisfy me, and I haven't found the packets to be something I wanted more of either - especially the mix that first week. I drank hot tea in the evening, had a couple slices of lean ham or turkey, and went to bed early! It does get better.
STICK WITH THE PROGRAM! the results speak for themselves. I have found that many times the hunger is more emotional than real. I let the fact that I knew I couldn't have something play with my mind the first month. Now when I am hungry I drink a glass of water and if I am still hungry I check out my thoughts and feelings to see if I am sabotaging. MISSMAX start on biotin! It takes about a month but it works to keep your hair from falling out!
