I was reading a thread that stated how important it is to try different foods so you don't get bored eating the same things over and over. The person said and don't forget to take advantage of your free items. I am not sure what she was referring to. Does anyone know?

Thank you. I was aware of the lettuce, but was hoping there was other things I was not aware of.

well you can have 2 free egg whites (I believe that's ON TOP of your other eggs if you wanted to eat those). You could use those to make an omelette if needed.
A lot of people use 1 or 2 boiled eggs as a snack too, and then have less protein at dinner as 8 oz is a lot for some people.

Personally I know some veggies (like cucumber and celery) burn more calories to eat than you consume, so I think a few celery sticks might satisfy the need to "crunch" if you need to.

I also usually have a veggie soup in the fridge and it helps me feel fuller too.
