I've begun to assemble grids and sheets for myself, researching nutritional data and calculating the portion sizes for the commonly used animal proteins and low GI vegetables in my own diet.
There are some sites with very easy to use nutritional calculators out there, and some even convert oz to cups/diced. Consistency is important to me...and I'm a stickler for consistent compliance...Hee-hee..there were some folks happy when I retired.......others appreciated it and I still get emails from staff letting off steam....! Se la vie!

Oh I don't disagree - unfortunately IP is an enterprise, not a medical facility - so if centers are buying product and selling the program, that's their main concern. Not enough people are like you and I and willing to dig deeper and demand accuracy

Just had the need to put it out there.

Everyone tries so hard ...or they would NOT be using this forum! Such persistence and dedication to meeting goals...I really love that kind of person and have always been a fighter for that quality.
