My coach signed me up for a daily video. Basically everyday I get an email with a link to a video that has something to do with Ketosis. Yesterday, my first day was just a recipe, but today was a video on Ketosis. I found it super interesting and thought I'd pass it along.
Note: there's a 2 minute video near the top, which is alright, but what I really found interesting in fully understanding Ketosis, was the 8 minute video a bit further down the page.
At the end of the 8 minute video, they mentioned that tomorrow's topic is on which IP foods to be careful with so you don't go over your total carb intake for a day, which could knock you out of ketosis.
