I really want to start exercising to help with my weight loss. My husband is military, so I can go to the base gym. They offer different group classes, and I can't decide which is best for me while on IP.
Zumba, cycling, water fitness, step, kickboxing, yoga, or Pilates...
I would likely go 2 times a week and walk 2 times a week.
Any advice or suggestions? Should I begin an exercise program? Will I stall on my weight loss? Thanks!!
