For me the problem with WW was that I had X amt of pts each day and a box of girl scout cookies = XX amt of points so I just "borrowed" but never returned!
I just figured out that one serving of girl scout cookies does NOT equal the whole box!!!!! hahahaha

I tried WW a couple of months ago. I kept losing and gaining the same 5lbs over and over! I think I, like most here cannot tolerate the carbs. Am back on phase 1 using IP and alternatives and have lost 14lbs in 3 weeks. Any diet that allows me to eat cookies and burgers does not work well for me!
