My coach gave me Florolax. It definitely gets things moving. I'd start with one with your supper and if nothing try two the next day.

I had a problem for the first time 2 weeks ago, my coach said to take a couple stool softeners. I took them 2x in a week (just once a day) and completely helped. No problems since!

I quite like the taste of the smooth move tea.

Actually this problem is likely caused by the calcium. I don't take the cal-mag supplement anymore. I take magnesium on it's own and have the potassium/calcium supplement.

I find that a long walk after dinner almost ALWAYS gets things moving because walking aids in digestion. When I'm having issues I will walk for about an hour and my route is about 4 miles. If that doesn't work, then I will move on to the Smooth Move tea.
