I like mixing just a bit of water (enough to thicken it) with the chocolate drink mix powders, it gives it a frosting like consistency and is better tasting than the pudding packs, I think anyway. The other day I mixed in a few garlic soy nuts with the "frosting" and it was as close as I've been able to come to having ice cream with nuts, it was quite good! I recognize that the soy nuts are restricted which is why I only used a few. It adds a nice texture contrast to the smooth chocolate and a bit of saltyness. Try it.
