Default Strange inspiring story

Hi, All, I started IP in May. Lost 30 pounds, then struck out on my own in September when the money ran out. I tdidn't stick with it on my own.

Strangely enough, I have only regained fifteen pounds since then, ten over the Christmas break. It used to be that if I dieted and lost, then quit the diet, I would regain it all and then some in a matter of days or weeks!

This makes me excited! I am starting IP with a coach again in February thanks to some overtime money. I can lose what I need to lose, and I don't have to be afraid of going to Phase 4!

This really is the last diet I will ever be on! WHOOO!

Congratulations on getting control again before gaining it all back! As you know, you should lose quite a bit in your first week or 2 back OP, so you'll be back to where you were in Sept in no time! Good luck with the rest of your journey...
