Welcome back Riss!

Thank you for your letter. So many of us need that extra, honest portrayal of where we are to stay on track and often no one will be as honest with us as we can be with ourselves. Granted, we are also good at lying to ourselves or just conveniently not seeing the weight gain/backslide. Your letter is a very helpful tool to ensure we see ourselves as we are.

I know you can lose the weight again, and we are all here to walk the walk with you. I backslid too, am just starting week 4 on a reboot.
