Phase 1
Breakfast: IP dark chocolate pudding smoothie (w/ 10oz water, ice cubes, spinach (1 cup), cinnamon and cardamom) + coffee

Lunch: IP chicken a la king + romaine salad with 1 cup cucumber/celery/green pepper toped with evoo, sea salt, lime

Snack: quest brownie bar

Dinner: not sure yet...I'm on day 7 of a horrible upper respiratory virus, so its been a struggle to not just eat soup and smoothies all day

B: IP Vanilla Drink Mix with Torani Raspberry Syrup
L: IP Chicken Noodle Soup with True Lemon, Romaine Salad with WF thousand island dressing
D: Roasted chicken or baked fish, zucchini, salad
S: Milk Chocolate Frappe or Chocolate Cookies (made with IP Pudding - depends on whether I want something cold and frosty or warm and chewy this evening!)
