I'm starting a once a week yoga class this weekend. One hour each Sunday morning. I know you are supposed to eat an extra protein pack when you exercise, but does that apply to yoga? I know yoga is great for flexibility and relaxation, but I imagine this is regular yoga and I doubt I will get my heart rate up or break much of a sweat. Is the extra packet mainly for aerobic-type exercise? I would hate to add a packet when I really don't need to, and have my weight loss slow down. Thanks.

Yes, you still need to add a packet. Yoga is still exercise, even if it doesn't raise your heart rate it does work on muscle strength, which takes energy to do - and requires us to replenish that energy so those muscles can repair properly. Even before I started running, I was doing a super-easy yoga routine on the Wii fit. 30 minutes of it didn't even make me breathe heavy, but it burned 75 calories. I still added a packet afterward.
