What are alternatives? ("Going rouge", switching to alternatives)

I've read a lot of people have gone rouge and dropped their coaches and have transitioned to alternatives. What are alternatives???

I just replied on the other thread that you asked this question on. Alternatives are products that are used in place of the actual IP ones, with comparable nutritional values.

There are some threads on the alternatives people use.
