Just wondering - some of us that don't feel so good - any chance it's a bug and not IP??
I think that is definitely a good possibility. It seems to be everywhere... so far so good at our house but I keep washing my hands so often my skin is breaking down.

Hello there, IPers! I spent about a month here regularly during the summer when I first started the program. I've been hard at work despite moving on from the forums. It has been six months and I am down 125lbs so far!
I decided to reach out some ,ore to get a better support system because I'm dealing with new challenges. I am 1 pound away from the lowest weight I can ever remember being. It is weird and for some reason these last 70ish pounds I have to go are scary because they are "uncharted territory."
Anyway, I have been pretty successful with IP and would like to share my knowledge if you don't mind helping me through these current challenges!

SoSo You look amazing!! Well done!!! Unwaver1ng I know what you mean about the wgt loss. I will soon be smaller than I have been in over 20yrs. As much as I am looking forward to cute Spring and Summer clothes, I am scared as well. It takes some getting used to, but we will win over our weight!!! (((Hugs)))
So some friends of ours came over for dinner tonight. I made Moroccan Meatballs (via Rachael Ray). Since I used bread crumbs, ground lamb, and tomato paste, I decided to make a separate batch for myself.
I had ground turkey, 1/2 cup pureed cauliflower, a bit of my pepper mix salsa and some of the spice blend in the recipe. Mixed it up for my meatballs. OMG so amazing!!! (Just gotta remember how I did it.)
I used this recipe for the blend because I could not find Ras el hanout at my grocery store. I want to put this on everything now:
All my packages are packed, my supplements in their individual containers, my shaker in my suitcase and my mind set to stay OP as much as possible
