Oh, yes, this happens to me all the time. I try not to step on the scale at all during the week, but I do, and generally I've either gained or it's right on mark. It has me shaking my head, but then two days later on weigh in, I'm down a few pounds.
I am 100%. I've always had a loss (so far), cross fingers, but there are many who haven't or who have in fact gained in a week (due to many factors -- TOM, BM's, exercising too much, etc.).

), just trust the IP diet, and stay off the scale if it bothers you. I need to heed that advice.
