Default Hey Everyone, I miss you!

Hey all, been a while, like MONTHS while! I went to Sturgis in August and maintained my weight loss, looked a-mazing, then went on a cruise in September and fell off the bandwagon.

I've re-gained roughly 19 lbs since I fell, and am now going to the gym 4-5 days/week and working on weight watchers. Due to my "lifestyle" change I won't be posting too much in the IP stuff, don't want to give temptation to ladies and gents working so hard and being so amazing as it is. DH drags me to lunch pretty much every day, so my IP style isn't working, and it wasn't worth the strife of "I don't want to go to lunch with you" causing some argument every day, so I caved. I admit it.

So, I'll be moving to the Weight Watchers board, but plan on keeping adding to the IP recipes list as I find them and might check in to see how successful all my peeps are Take care everyone, I love you all and miss you, you're seriously the best support group E-VER!

It's good to hear from you Kaypix. I often wondered what happened to you after your trip to Sturgis. I recall a pic you posted around that time - you looked gorgeous! Sorry you're not going to hang out with us this time around, but certainly do wish you every success with WW.

Thanks for all the well wishes guys Lunch with the hub's is great and weight watchers is coming along nicely for me. My life is so hectic right now, but the gym seems to be working out well for me. I'll make sure to check in periodically with ya'll and still plan on maintaining the IP portion of my blog, just because I'm not on it doesn't mean I can't help others find it, ya know?

You've all done so amazingly (checked your stats on your signature lines and avatars) I'm so proud of all of you and you're all so motivational!

I can stalk her on FB I have a warm spot in my heart for WW. My Mom did WW for a LOOOOOOONG time, it's what I remember about her and food. The good thing is there is no special food so you can eat what you want. You will rock it.

Oh and have a COLD BEER for me, I have not touched a drop of alcohol since I started IP on 3-28-12! I've tried other things not IP along the way and really found I have not missed them as much as I thought. Kinda cool actually. I missed the ice cold beer most after mowing the lawn in the summer, not so much now.
