Breakfast: Hot RTD chocolate with coffee and sweetener

Lunch: EAS RTD into a shake, soy nuts

Dinner: Big Mac in a bowl with a salad, cucumbers

Snack: ??

Breakfast: Crispy Cereal Pancake with WF Syrup mmmmmm

Lunch: I made too many pancakes so i am probably gonna have them here and them have steamed cauliflower and Broccoli!

Dinner: Chicken Breast (Franks hot sauce style!) With Cauluflower rice steamed broccoli

Snack: BBQ Soy Nuts!
