    Mock French Toast (plain omelet mix with vanilla and cinnamon, cooked until firm, topped with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray and Walden Farms maple syrup)

    Lunch:
    Chocolate Shake
    Subway salad (lettuce, spinach, pickles, peppers, oil)

    Snack:
    Chocolate Chip Cookie

    Dinner:
    Pork tenderloin and sauerkraut
  • Breakfast:
    Coffee and Capucino Drink

    Lunch:
    Leftover turkey and braised celery, mushroom and galic puree (can't wait to try it!)

    Dinner:
    Romaine lettuce with Walden Farms Balsamic Dressing, other raw veggies
    Lemon pudding

    Snack:
    Not decided yet, but I love the IP snacks!

    Lunch: Protithin Cream of Vegetable Soup, Lettuce w/ WF dressing & sea salt, water
    Snack: Proti-diet Chocolate Shake, water
    Dinner: Turkey burgers, broccoli w/ evoo, water
    Snack: Not sure, either a shake mix or a proti-diet blue raspberry drink
