Long story short, my tummy (and partly my brain) has not been happy with 3 packets a day. Most people have problems with the big C, I WISH i had that problem.
I'm thinking about doing meat and veggies for lunch as in p2 to lose the weight.
Search doesn't recognize the "2 or two" in phase 2 so that didn't help.
How many pounds a week did you average in phase 2?
