Lunch: Skipped an IP packet and had fresh snapper instead (figured that had my day's share of oil as well, although I discarded the skin); celery & onions
Snack: IP Cappucino
Dinner: Grilled chicken with jerk seasoning; spinach; tossed salad with cukes, onions, radishes, scallions, mushrooms
Still managing to stay away from the wine and fancy drinks everyone else is having.
I'm having the same dinner food-wise as everyone else (it helps when I do the cooking!!), except for the garlic bread they'll all have.
