Helps fill you up plus regulates you
I have been adding one GG bran crispbread to my omelette breakfast. It helps fill the stomach, and together with my trusty pro-biotics keeps me "regular". It also complements the meal nicely and tastes OK. Might take getting used to for some. Out of 7 grams of carbs, 5 are fiber, so it has not slowed my weight loss on IP at all.
