For someone who doesn't cook much, you sure are coming up with some good stuff. I might try making a sheppards pie with the left over roast I have in the fridge.

thanks for the idea!

Thanks for all your responses. I did do a lot of walking and ate meat at a couple restaurants that I'm sure had extra salt. I think I've got my mindset back on line and will hope for better things next WI.

Is there anywhere online to order the food? My counselor is always out of the good stuff and half of what he has is expired. The next closest counselor is 40 miles away.... I figure I can do this on my own if I can get the food.

Well there are several symptoms but as someone once told me, if you are losing weight then does it really matter? For me it's the icky mouth thing that I have going on, kinda pasty. I never really even thought about it when I
started losing and I don't think that it has affected my losses

dietnomoreonline.com has some items for less than your clinic but not as low as alternatives. There are other places such as plainprotein.com so you can compare prices.

I have a horrible cold, so I am just now getting a chance to check today's thread. Love to read what everyone is doing. I was able to stay IP. NO excuses to go off program because I am sick, etc. AND it was certainly easy to get all my water because I am so dehydrated with my cold LOL!

Having to eat "normal" food tonight for the big surgery tomorrow. Tried yesterday but couldn't bring myself to do it. We'll see if I eat it tonight. Never thought eating "normal" food would be so difficult!
DINIE89 !!! congrats on meeting your goal!!! isn't it wonderful?!
