Good morning incredible shrinking I peeps!

I hope your Monday bounces you into your best week yet. So many of the weekend posts were so inspiring! I am fully committed for another week!

Although my family is not getting together until New Year's, I am starting my IP planning list now. I will need it for that trip!

Let's go make a great week!

lisa32989 12-10-2012 07:28 AM

21 day til New Years Day and the "holidays" will be behind us
Until Super Bowl, Marddi Gras, Valentines, St Patricks, MY BIRTHDAY(!), weddings, funerals, graduations, celebrations, wedding and baby showers, BBQs...life goes on....

We can do this in the face of it all

People gather and they eat. We are eating differently. Temporarily if on Phase 1, not-so-temporarily to maintain.

We got this.
it is a mindset. We are in it together and we can do it!

I have 65 lbs left to my -110 lb goal. I will do it!

Good Morning everyone! It's a snow day here for the kids. Going to go outside and build a "snowpy" -a snoopy snowman. My 4 year old is obsessed with snoopy and woodstock and we saw a pic of one of these so he has to make one. Have a meeting tonight and don't really feel like dealing with the woman I have to, but such is life. Have a great day!

I wanted to thank rainbow for your kind words yesterday! You look amazing in your blue dress!

That is wonderful! Congratulations!:congrat:

Does anyone know if you can substitute alternative soybeans for the IP soybean packs? I love the soybeans as a snack for when I am on the go, but they are a bit pricey for just soybeans (if they are "just soybeans". Is there anything special about the IP soybeans? If I bought non-salted soybeans from Whole Foods, would this be an adequate alternative food substitute as long as I matched the serving size? I searched the archives but found nothing. Thanks in advance!

Hi All, very rainy, icky morning here but the weather will finally turn cool. Just got back from my pre op physical. My dr. walked into the room and said "wow you look great!" She gushed over my losing 40lbs so far and was just so encouraging. Felt good!

I was wondering the same thing. I think I'm going to try it. TJ's also has some that are salted that I like.
