IP Phase 1: 4 months, 14 days

Breakfast: Hot Chocolate RTD with coffee crystals and mint extract...

Lunch: 4 oz beef patty with lettuce, tomato, mustard, cucumber, hot choc. rtd

Dinner: 4 oz beef patty, lettuce, mustard, tomato, red raw onion

Snack: Chocolate rtd shake
Starting over...

L: combo of zippers, sw cheese curls, while cheddar ridges, salt/vinegar ridges (.25 each), cucumbers
D: steak, caulimash, lettuce
S: frozen cocomint cream
