I'm sure there are a lot of ethnic veggies that haven't been reviewed. when I looked at the nutritional profile for it, it is very similar to a cucumber. I also checked on a list of alkaline/acid foods, and it is listed as an alkaline food. It should be ok as a measured veggie, but use your own judgement and watch your body - if you notice any changes in your losses, maybe hold off that veggie and see if it helps.
