I wondered if others had had the same reaction, or if it was just me. You know how some people have the tastebuds that means that cilantro tastes like soap? Well, maybe I have some weird tastebuds that make whatever is in the banana pudding taste bitter. I'm surprised because I'm actually quite happy with all the other varieties I've tried.
I hardly eat ANY packet mix without doctoring. I like banana muffins and banana pancakes made from the banana pudding or banana/chocolate ice cream (banana and dark chocolate puddings frozen into 2 separate single-serve containers) Not a fan of it by itself.

On another note, I didn't like the butterscotch pudding at first and now I like it. Tastes definitely change.

Today I feel the same way. This might sound silly but my stomach is growling and I really feel like I need to eat something.

Up until yesterday I really have not been hungry on IP at all except once when I got stuck and went 7 hours between lunch and dinner. I haven't changed what I am eating and wonder why this is happening and if I should eat something extra like another packet. Thank you for any advice.
Hot herbal tea & a big lettuce salad. I got hungry about 5 weeks in for a few days. Whenever I have a ravenous day or 2, I throw my entire dinner on a huge bed of romaine lettuce and drink warm liquids all day (lemon, lime, or fresh ginger in you hot water work well, too)

You might want to read about leptin and ghrelin. These are hormones that affect hunger.

35 lbs in 49 days? Wow you are losing fast! Your body is probably sending you some signals it wants you to stop (making you hungry). Those are strong hunger hormones to fight.

Remember in Phase 3 that's pretty much how you'll be eating anyway - Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.
Good to know! my coach agrees with what you're saying. I've been having the same kind of days -- Eggs in the morning, salad with soup or drink for lunch, veggies for dinner, and then jello/drink for late snack. I'm glad that it's training me well for future phases!

Ok so today was WI for me and it wasn't fun. Seems like TOM (last week) is still messing with my WI. Ugggggggg. Now I have to keep a journal all week till my next WI to see what I am doing wrong if anything. I am so frustrated !! Oh and I have to stay away from weighing in everyday.. He seems to think that's stressing me out too much.
