Painful Days and Staying On Plan Tips
Hi Everyone!
Can you please share your tips for staying on plan when not feeling well? For example: When I have a headache, I... or a stomach ache, I... I have found those to be the hardest days because I haven't the experience yet to know what to fall back on and when one feels bad, it is even harder to think of what to do right.... Thanks so much!!! Oh Gosh! I posted this in a headache panic from my phone and now see poor Ninja Nurse's post. I am leaving this one though, because she is actually ill, whereas I guess I meant feeling bad with an ache or pain that isn't a contagious bug! I don't even want to think about that... Also, can't find a way to delete it! |
i always rely on Proti-Diet Chicken Noodle Soup with added roasted red pepper flakes and fresh cracked black pepper....it helps soothe my throat and opens up my sinuses!!

You cant delete threads but under Thread Tools you can "close" them so they don't get posted on anymore & they quickly move down the "ladder". You can only close a thread you started. I close each daily thread every day as a new one is opened |
When I feel tired I sleep instead of eating for energy. That has been a major down fall of mine in the past - thinking I'm hungry when I need a ten minute nap.
