Some great new ideas. I'm going to try choc fudge this afternoon.
If you like the pics, be sure to check out Recipes from the Rainbow, as well. She was always great at taking step-by-step pics

So many different ideas - using the IP foods currently and with all the variations, you can't get bored with eating the same thing.

I guess every center/coach is different. My coach told me no onions during phase 1 :-( but I am still going to try the big mac in a bowl without them.

Your coach is mistaken.
Onions are on the select veggie list (raw only) on the P1 sheet
Raw is how to use them in he Big Mac Bowl

One of my favorite IP summer salads. Was just thinking of making this the other day.

Just wondering... doesn't the dill relish have a lot of sugar in it? I have always added chopped dill pickles to my potato/cauli salad but just never considered the relish.

Sweet relish does. There is also unsweetened dill relish. Probably pretty much just chopped up dill pickles.
