Ribs are too high in fat. Boneless skinless chicken thighs - I eat them once or twice a week. Dark meat has more fat than white meat, but are more flavorful and tend not to dry out like breast meat. I wouldn't eat them all the time, try once or twice a week.
Because this diet is low FAT as well as low calorie, you need to be aware of the fat content of meat you are using. Rib meat is much too fatty. Chicken even in its fattiest parts is still leaner than some beef and pork cuts.
