subscribing and carrying over notes on my favorite shake mix:

ISOPure Low Carb Dutch Chocolate - Stats for 1 scoop:

Cal.......Fat...Cholest ..Sodium ..Potass.....Carb....Fiber..Sugar..NET Carb...Protein
105......0 ......2.5........160........375........1.5.......1 .......0.........0.5..........25

I had a trial of this I used my first week OP. Bought other mixes to try because I didnt want to commit to a huge tub uness i was impressed. I was so happy to go back to ISOPure when the others ran out. This mix is very smooth. Doesnt clump or have wierd mouth feel like other mixes I've tried (NOW brand, Pure Protein). I like the ratios of nutrients it offers and best of all it tastes yummy.

What kind of sweetener does this have? I can't use Ace-K aka acesulfate potassium because it makes me feel like I have fibromyalgia. .

I only see Sucralose per the nutrition info online, but definitely scrutinize the details yourself just in case. If you have that kind of reaction it's definitely something to double check

OMG I have a new favorite savory snack - Health Wise (Health Smart) Cheddar puffs!!! I liked the IP southwest cheese puffs but wasn't always crazy about the spiciness. These are PERFECT!

Adding these to my next order. I have an order arriving tomorrow that will have the Proti-Diet White Cheddar Crisps in it (based on your recommendation). I can't wait to try to them!

Thanks, scorbett! I'm compiling my nashua order list for payday tomorrow and will add it!

Has anyone tried:

Weight Loss Systems Pudding - Chocolate Chip with Marshmallows

Weight Loss Systems Pudding - Classic Butterscotch

Weight Loss Systems Snack - Pretzel Twists

Weight Loss Systems Snack - Milk Chocolate Crunchies

Proti-Thin Crispy Treats - Vanilla

I am trying to pare down my obnoxiously long list of items, haha.

Do you mean the WLS chocolate pudding with marshmallows? That's on my regular rotation, dark choc pudding with little marshmallow bits, very yummy

The Proti Thin crispy treats would be on the super restricted (can only have twice a week) list, they are high carb (16g net carbs). I've tended to stay away from stuff like that, just because I know i'd never be able to limit myself if they were that good

Scorbett, I only ordered two of th crispy treats for precisely that reason. Don't want to have something too good sitting around!

I had a ProtiDiet crispy treat this morning. It was a freebie. I liked the texture a lot, but mine was banana, and I wasn't too thrilled with the flavor.
