Brekkie: Mocha Frappuccino Shake, vitamins
Lunch: veggie nibbles platter.... cucumbers, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and mini bell peppers, protidiet chicken noodle soup with gumbo file, caramel truffle hot tea, water
Snack: Orange Blossom Tea
Supper: Napa Cabbage and Bell Peppers stir fry with snow peas and green onions and with 1 Chicken Sausage
Snack: grape drink, Holiday Strawberry Peppermint Drops
