Thanks again to everyone here for the support yesterday! It was so great to know I could post and have folks "get it".

I have been bouncing between 232.8 - 230.6 for 3 weeks now. I kept drinking my water yesterday and avoided the goodies. I got the pay off this morning. I weighed in and saw the scale stop at 228.2! That is a 2.4 pound drop in just a few days!

Just what I needed to reactivate the willpower to full strength! I will do this! I am successful! I am stronger than I ever gave myself credit. 51.8 pounds gone! 107.2 to go. (sounds like a radio station!)

Great job Kat!

It was easier to get thru Thanksgiving than I thought it would be. I feel great today, too, knowing that I stayed 100% OP!
