I know what you mean tam67green, I am so anxious to eat it I don't even think about making a "bun" or wrap for it! lol

I will say we have been using Westbrae Natural Ketchup mixed with WF, the Westbrae has 1 carb in it but our coach told us she was fine with that. It's thicker and tastes different than WF.
