Not on IP but this sounds really yummy and easy! I may try your mom's original recipe, Calisto with real ketchup and the brown sugar. Thanks so much for sharing!

I know what you mean tam67green, I am so anxious to eat it I don't even think about making a "bun" or wrap for it! lol

I will say we have been using Westbrae Natural Ketchup mixed with WF, the Westbrae has 1 carb in it but our coach told us she was fine with that. It's thicker and tastes different than WF.

And here is the "normal" recipe for those who want it to make for others who aren't on IP
