I wonder how many different backgrounds we can get in the photos? I've seen closets, bathrooms, hallways, and dining rooms. Where else can we find a mirror???
I had time today to hit up Old Navy's big after-Christmas sale, tons of stuff for 75% off!! I spent $65 and got 4 sweaters, a sweater for hubby, two shirts for the kids, and a pair of Sweetheart Skinny jeans (thanks to Liz wearing them in EVERY PICTURE!!!) - plus a $20 off $50 coupon for the end of January. Here's me in the dressing room - I didn't buy the boots YET, but they DID zip up all the way! Yay!
Sweater: Old Navy L
Jeans: Sweetheart Skinny jeans, size 12
Scorbett- great minds think alike...I hit up the old navy store yesterday too. Got a couple sweaters, some long sleeve t's and 2 pairs of jeans. One pair of jeans are a size smaller than I currently wear.
I'm envious of all you Old Navy shoppers! I have to wear suits to work, and I really don't like spending that kind of money while my size is still changing. However, my big suits look really bad, so I'm going to hit the stores this weekend and see if I can find something.
A small downside (but very worth it) of getting into smaller sizes is that there are fewer options on the clearance racks when it comes to women's suits. It seems the stores just don't carry that much.
Well nothing exciting other than I'm wearing 44" & 46" pants down from a high of 60" pants. I went swimming with the kids today and I need a new suit. I think I planned ahead and bought a few smaller ones, now to find them.

Oh, yes, that is very exciting!!! Congrats on the fantastic weight loss!
Smart to have bought the smaller swim suits! You'll need more of them soon.

It might be less expensive to just have your suits tailored so they fit again. The tailors at the dry cleaners usually do this so reasonably and quickly. Then save your money for some really fabulous suits you absolutely love once you get to your final weight.
Yes, good idea, but turning a size 12 pants into a size 6 or 4 is pretty much impossible. I'm hoping there are still some sales out there this weekend. Grand kids go back midday Friday (boo hoo) , and I'll hit the stores on the way back from the airport. I haven't been on a scale since they arrived, and I'm normally a daily weigher, so I'm a bit anxious for what Saturday's WI will bring.
