11/29. It would be wonderful to be down 10lbs. by Christmas (if only - to not hear my mother-in-law comment that I've gained weight)! But realize that's a pretty tall order but to be losing over the holidays instead of gaining would be a 1st!

Good luck to you all
Best of luck to you and your 3 friends! You will love IP--it is the easiest weight loss system ever and the weight just melts away if you stick to the plan. The only caveat is that you really can't cheat at all or your weight loss stalls for a few days until you get back into ketosis. Good luck!

Had a zero-loss week this week, but then I realized that I'm due for a visit from TOM this week....curse you TOM! It's all good, I know my clothes are still fitting better so I'm sure it's just TOM bloat getting me. Plenty of extra water on the menu to flush it out until he passes me by!

I had a 2.2lb loss this week. I weigh daily as I find it helps me to keep on track...two days ago my loss was 2.8lbs.

I think I am getting to the point were losing the weight may become more difficult. I have gotten my weight down to this point a few times in the last 9 years...but I have never been able to get below this weight since my third child was born. Hopefully I will be able to get the scale to move past this weight on this program once and for all!! I am soooo close to that third goal!

Good day today! 2.6 pound loss this week, and I had many people at work comment on how good I look and ask how much weight I have lost. (.4 pounds from 30 lost!!) I am wearing a "old" top that I found in the bottom of a drawer and it fits better than most of my other shirts, so maybe that made the difference in my appearance! AND I found jicama in my grocery store--can't wait to try something with jicama!! :-)

You are doing so well. 2.6 lbs is great. I love finding clothes that I own that now fit nicely. Feels like a bonus.

Awesome. I weigh daily too. It keeps me on track and from being too anxious about weigh in. I plan to weigh daily the rest of my life. Just read a book that talked about finding a "Scream weight" when you get to maintenance. Basically a weight you will NOT go above. I like the term. And, you WILL get below that weight this time. You are going to do it.

Hey, you are doing GREAT. Your stats and awesome and your pictures are gorgeous. And, look how gracefully you are handling a no loss week. there are so many on here who start complaining about a no loss 2 days. haha

WI yesterday was a bit disappointing with only a 0.6 loss this week. I ate restaurant food the previous 2nights so perhaps it was partially due to loads of salt and water retention because I have been extra thirsty. Oh, well. I can see from everyone else's postings that these low losses happen, so I'll just hope for a whoosh next week! It has seemed to up my motivation a bit! I'm having all lower carb drinks for the next few days and no restricteds.

Congrats to all with losses this week. It looks like collectively we're all doing great!

The scale has finally moved since my TOM hit Monday. Down 2.5 from the last weigh in, let's hope I get some more whoooosh.

Alma, what's the name of the book that you read? I would be interested in reading it. Thank you!
