Phase 1, 113 days..16 weeks and 1 day
Not feeling very creative today as far as lunch and dinner, so here is my basic plan:
Breakfast: Chocolate EAS shake with coffee
Lunch: Chocolate EAS with coffee
Dinner: Salmon, cucumbers, mixed greens, bell peppers
Snack: Chocolate EAS
