Question Nausea after being OP a while

I’ve been on the program now for 21 weeks and have lost 57 pounds. I used to try all the different products but there are many I can’t stomach eating because I’ve noticed that chemical taste.

Lately though I’m finding it hard to even eat the ones I like without feeling bad after. I would like to keep going but I’m starting to get nauseous after eating the IP foods I once craved. It doesn’t matter if restricted IP or not.

I do always get my salt, oil, veggies, and 8 oz of meat in, but lately I have just been feeling so icky. It’s not the vitamins either.

Has this happened to anyone else who has been on the diet for a while, any tips? My coach said it was because I was "getting bored" with my food. I don't agree, I still crave the food and like it... I just feel badly afterwards.
