Hi everyone Just started IP today. Was not thrilled about my initial weigh in and measurements. Can't wait to see those numbers change!!

What kind of cheese grater do you use for your cauliflower. I got mine at my grocery store and it's junk. I need something better!

Just realized you are from Nova Scotia. I am originally from there and will be checking in with my family, including my elderly mother as the storm makes it's way in that direction.

Why weren't you thrilled. How have you been doing this week. What have you been eating? Have you been exercising (you shouldn't be)? Have you been skimping on your packets, veggies, protein, etc, thinking that less the better (it's not)?

The beauty of this program is that it is so easy to eat out. I usually lost best in the weeks that I ate out.
As for the not drinking I didn't mind that because it is so much cheaper just to have iced water.

Hi everyone

I placed my first order with ProteinWell on Oct 19. Checked to see what the status was (thinking I should have received it by now) and it says still "processing" Not happy. Sent them an email but haven't heard back yet. Does anyone have a phone number to contact them with - and yes I tried googling it - but no success. Help - I am running out of products.

I can't seem to get rid of the hungry horrors today! I am not craving anything and am not having trouble saying no thank you to things, I just haven't felt not hungry all day. Off to have some warm tea to see if that helps.

I hope everyone stays safe with Sandy on the way. We cleaned up everything from the yard today and are stocking up on water and batteries.

I believe a couple of guys named Julius and Augustus Caesar decided to add 2 months to the calendar, which throws off the names of the other months. That's why "DEC"ember (as in a DECade=10years) used to be the 10th month and now is the 12th.
