I didn't like the chicken soup as soup but I do like it as like a gravy over baked chicken on cauliflower rice with steamed broccoli on the side I add some of my salt, pepper and a touch of poultry seasoning.

If you follow this link:

Someone posts a recipe to turn the chicken soup into a flatbread of sorts. And if it's the one with the noodles, you can just crush them with a rolling pin before cooking.

Congrats on making goal and all the losses. Had my WI last night and was done a pound and 2 inches. Hit the 75# mark and 74 inches. Loving this program!

Just had my WI today. Down 2 lbs. I have adjusted my goal a bit. Decided I wanted to have a little cushion so I lowered it by 5 lbs. I now am within 7 lbs of my goal.

So excited!

I'm sorry if this is a repeat but I've read the phase 3 info and I'm still struggling with some things. If I choose Greek yogurt - is that dairy or protein? It has 20 grams of protein but 190 calories or peanut butter - protein or fat? Thanks for your help!

Today was week three WI.....very excited to see a 4.75 pound loss, and 4 1/2 inches gone forever!! Just when I'm starting to get a wee bit bored with the food, the WI date comes and pumps me up!! I'm ready for more.....staying 100% and feeling great.

I spent a lot of money and don't mind spending it...but I do want to be able to have choices.
Any suggestions
Most clinics let you buy individual packets. I am also in Maryland and the clinic I go to has 3 locations and all of them sell individual packets as well as boxes. My guess would be maybe your clinic doesnt want you to buy more to give to someone else who has not signed up.

Yes!

I was usually always sweaty and overheated. Now, I'm freezing just walking through the grocery store. It's a weird sensation.

Have you asked your coach if you can buy individual packets? This would really help you have variety.
I found a source for IP products online for $5 less a box & splurged and got 10. That way I have LOTS of choices and if I need to miss a weekly weigh-in, I have plenty of food. I still buy from my coach, too.
Another choice would be to use the alternative products. There are several threads about that.

Sorry if you have already said but, what is your source? I am doing alternatives but would like to still get some IP products too. Thanks

Wk 10 WI today... down 3 pounds and 5 inches (and at the end of TOM). I'll take it!

Started the C25k program on Wednesday, so my 2nd day of interval training is tomorrow... just bought some new shoes and charged up my nano. Now I just hope it doesn't snow again!

Yes! I'm wearing my cuddleduds to work tomorrow. I froze all day today. It could have been in my head since we had our first snow today but I can always take off a layer if I need to!

I met with a running group for the first time today, 6 miles @5:10am...sounded crazy when my cousin suggested it, but I felt fantastic, kept up with the group easily, and the rest of the day started off right. I am going to meet up with them tue, thu, & sat - its the only time I can squeeze it in my new schedule and not take time from my son. Sundays I am taking a Step & Bodypump class.

Running a 5k on Saturday, the San Antonio Half Marathon on Nov 11, and an 8-mile Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving, and a Dallas Half in Dec. My race card is filling up!

Pre-IP I was doing 3-miles@12 min/miles (barely) and 71lb later I am easily able to do 5-miles@8:30 min/mile pace on the treadmill. I kept up with the group of 'seasoned runners' and didn't feel like the outcast fat runner of the group that I was before in a sea of fit runners.
