Picked mine up today! (have been using spring board cake pan bottom lol) Made the potato bread and it came out very fluffy and almost the full height of the dish.. Then within moments it shrank/collapsed lol So I couldn't cut it horizontally for a sandwich and teh other for sticks So I just cut it into 1/4s and made 2 buns for my burgers tonight YUM!!

First off I would like to thank Rainbow for coming up with such creative and yummy recipes!! So far i've only tried the Chocolate Cake Truffles and they are delish!

Does anyone know of an IP Potato Puree alternative? I really want to try the flatbread, but i'm doing IP Alternatives. Any thoughts would be great, thanks!

Thank you so much for all of your incredible recipes. I wouldn't be where I am without your delicious creations!
The whoopie pies are calling my name! I just ordered the cake mix , and I'm looking forward to making them! So I have it straight, if i make just whoopie pies and no biscotti from that recipe , the entire thing yields one serving, restricted?
Am I right? It seems too good to be true Lol !!

Default Raspberry Rhubarb Fool

RASPBERRY RHUBARB FOOL
with chocolate crumbles

1 Bag Frozen Rhubarb
1 rose tea bag brewed in 2 cups water
1/4 Cup Sugar Free Torani Raspberry Syrup
1 small packet unflavored knox gelatin
Walden Farms Marshmallow Cream
4 Ideal Protein Chocolate Soy Puffs

make your rose tea
stew your rhubarb over medium heat with 1/4 cup brewed rose tea until it starts to become soft. add more tea if necessary.
add your sugar free syrup and stew about 10 mins breaking up all clumps. let cool.
blend in magic bullet until super smooth!!

in a small bowl, add 1/2 cup cooled rose tea....sprinkle over top, 1 packet dry unflavored gelatin. let sit to bloom for about a min. add the gelatin to your rhubarb mix and blend well. pour into 4 little dessert dishes....(1/2 cup each) chill until firm.

the texture is amazing!! thick and creamy, almost like sorbet!!

spoon your raspberry rhubarb fool into a dessert dish alternating with walden farms marshmallow cream and top with 1 crumbled chocolate soy puff.

make 4 servings of 1/2 cup each and counts at 1/2 cup vegetable serving!

WANNABiTE????

I'm sitting down with the google docs recipe book & planning my order form for next week! English Muffins are going to be made 2 times & I'm trying to decide if I want to make the Cheesecake recipe...don't have the cheesecake pudding option. Anyone make this recipe using butterscotch or a different flavored pudding mix?
